At Capital Leasehold, the health and safety of our people, our clients and the people we liaise with is our top priority. Our office staff and surveyors are now working from home and the surveyors have been taking the appropriate steps when inspecting properties. We are keeping everyone briefed and updated on prevention steps and procedures. We also have systems and technology in place for flexible, fast, efficient and safe working.
We remain absolutely committed to maintaining our existing levels of exceptional service and working with our clients and contacts to support and advise them through these times.
Our staff will work tirelessly to ensure this at all times. Our Surveyors all carry hand hand sanitizer and gloves. The surveyors travel privately when out on inspections. They also try to keep a separation distance of at least 2 m. We also have introduced distance inspections

Should a member of our team test positive for COVID-19 or exhibit symptoms, and you have come into contact with that individual, then we will inform you of this. Processes in place will mean that the individual and others affected will go into self-isolation.
