In the finals of the Enfranchisement and Right to Manage Awards 2013 (ERMA’s), Capital Leasehold and David Goldstone of Capital Leasehold were both shortlisted as finalists.
The year marked the fifth annual awards and also the 20th anniversary of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act that has been so influential in this field. The awards seeked to recognise the achievements of professionals who have made a significant contribution in the industry. The independent judging panel thoroughly scrutinised the entries and nominations and decided the list of finalists:
