If you do not have a copy to hand then you will be able to get this via one of the places below:
- If you have a mortgage, your mortgage provider will probably have your lease. You should be able to request a copy for a nominal fee.
- The solicitor who handled the purchase of your property may have a copy.
- You can get an official copy of your lease, use the Land Registry website (www.landregistry.gov.uk): The fee for this service is £23.
